We've had a busy summer, between trips to Daytona, Dayton, Atlanta and just runnin' around Tally. The girls are growing exponentially - at least their minds are! Christina is in full-time daycare now and just getting too smart for our own good! Emily is crawling and getting into everything now! We've definitely got two crazy little women on our hands, but we're having fun trying to keep up with them!
At the end of August, Randall surprised Laurie with a girls' weekend for her birthday. Her high school friend, Trisha, flew down from Kansas for the biggest surprise. They hadn't seen each other since Laurie was in college at FSU. Tanya came up from Gainesville to top off the surprise. Randall timed it perfectly so that we all got to the house at the same time so Laurie didn't know what hit her! I'm sorry I didn't have the camera to take a picture of the look on her face - it was priceless! We had a great time: the girls went and had manicures, then we all went to the beach. The girls then went to dinner Saturday night and Randall made breakfast on Sunday morning. Randall is really thankful to Trisha and Tanya for making the trip and sharing in a fun weekend for Laurie!
Randall will be defending his Treatise during the last week of October, less than a month away now! Assuming that goes well - and he is assured that it will - he will graduate in December. This has been such a long road and we thank everyone for their prayers, support, help and babysitting along the way!!!
Much love to all!!!
